Vancouver Must-Eat: Phnom Penh is a mouth-watering-ly good Cambodian food place located in Chinatown. It’s definitely a local favorite and is my number 1 most recommended place to eat when visiting Vancouver! Dishes you MUST order when you’re there: The Chicken Wings, the Butter Beef, and the Beef Luc Lac Rice!
Best spot for mani/pedi: Luminous Nail Spa is my GO-TO when I get my nails done. They do an AMAZING job every single time!
Favorite spin classes: Eastwood Sanctuary! Not only do they motivate the heck out of you to sweat your butt off, their Gastown location is so aesthetically pleasing you’ll never want to leave!
Favorite yoga studio: Open Door Yoga in Kerrisdale; it’s a small one but has very reasonable rates and is still a great facility!
Best local boutique: Hey Jude is an amazing design-inspired vintage and curated boutique! Love everything they carry!
Best shoes/accessories store: A quirky shoe shop to check out in Vancouver is Fluevog in Gastown. They have a really eccentric style but is a born and bread Vancouver brand!
Best lookout spots: I love the view point at Stanley Park where you overlook the waters and the Lions Gate Bridge!
Best library: I love our Central Library on the corner of Robson and Homer. The architecture is absolutely stunning. It actually inspires me to study harder!
Favorite music event: The Squamish Valley Music Festival. They bring amazing artists to small districts so close to home. I feel like they really represent BC well.

One of the most popular hiking trails around Vancouver, and also a popular rock climbing site.
If you aren’t afraid of a little nudity, Wreck Beach is definitely worth checking out in the summer. It is a nude beach but no worries! You can definitely opt out and keep your clothes on. I love Wreck because of its good vibes! I always have a great time there.
